    Why here

Private cabin water taxi across Aruba's turquoise harbor and south coast.

    01

    Bypass L.G. Smith Boulevard traffic

On cruise-ship days the coastal boulevard through downtown Oranjestad crawls with rental cars and shuttle buses; a private boat crosses the harbor straight to the Palm Beach hotel strip without touching that road.

    02

Reach the south-coast reefs without the drive

Mangel Halto and the coves toward Savaneta sit well outside the hotel zone by car. Arriving by boat, the reef and the sheltered anchorage are the first thing you see — no parking-lot walk over hot sand or rock to get there.

    03

A private, sheltered crossing toward Curaçao

The open-water hop toward Curaçao runs exposed to the trade wind for a couple of hours and crosses an international border, so passports and a standard customs check apply on both sides; a closed, air-conditioned cabin keeps the ride comfortable for guests who would rather not fly or wait on a commercial ferry link.

    FAQ

    Useful to know.

Most transfers meet at the Renaissance Marina dock in downtown Oranjestad, right by Seaport Village; pickup at a Palm Beach hotel pier or Surfside Marina can be arranged when the route allows it.

On a cruise-ship day the coastal boulevard through downtown can crawl; the boat crosses the harbor and bay in a straight line, so a hop to Palm Beach that takes twenty minutes by car in traffic is often a five-to-ten-minute run by water.

Prices start from around 90 € for a short downtown-to-Palm Beach hop and scale with distance and passenger count; a longer run to Baby Beach or a crossing toward Curaçao is quoted once we know your group size and dates.

Aruba's trade wind blows nearly all year and is normally no obstacle for a closed-cabin boat; captains adjust the route and timing on the windiest days of the May-to-August peak, and call it off only if conditions turn genuinely unsafe.

Yes, on request: it's an open-water crossing of a couple of hours between two different countries, so we plan it as its own private charter with a weather check beforehand — not a same-day back-and-forth — and every passenger needs a valid passport since standard immigration and customs checks apply on arrival in Curaçao.

Aruba and Curaçao are separate constituent countries, so the crossing is treated as an international trip: bring a valid passport for every passenger, and expect a standard immigration and customs check on arrival, the same as with any other way of travelling between the two islands.
