The Maison sits directly on the Baie des Canoubiers with its own beach and jetty — the same jetty its Riva shuttles use to reach Pampelonne.
Cheval Blanc St-Tropez sits directly on the Baie des Canoubiers, east of the village. The Maison has its own beach — open daily to resident guests — and a private jetty it already uses to shuttle guests to Pampelonne by Riva. We bring your water taxi alongside that same jetty.
When the swell makes the jetty awkward, your captain lands you on the private beach itself instead, a short walk from the pool terrace. Either way the drop-off is confirmed with the hotel before you leave.
From Saint-Tropez's own harbour, the crossing round to the Canoubiers side takes only a few minutes. From Pampelonne or Cannes it's a longer run around the peninsula — roughly 30 to 40 minutes depending on sea conditions.
One of the few five-star addresses on the Côte d'Azur with genuine private beach and jetty access, Cheval Blanc St-Tropez lets you start the stay on the water rather than in the village traffic.
In July and August the road into Saint-Tropez backs up for kilometres. The Maison already moves its own guests by boat between the hotel and Pampelonne — arriving the same way, straight onto the private jetty, skips that queue entirely.
Facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez from the quieter Canoubiers side, Cheval Blanc pairs Dior spa treatments, a heated pool and a private sand beach with the LVMH Maisons' signature restraint — closer to a private villa than a hotel.
